WE BUILD HOMES IN FORSYTH COUNTY (Gainesville/Cumming) AND CHEROKEE COUNTY (Acworth/Canton/Woodstock) ONLY. NO HOMES WILL BE CONSTRUCTED IN NORTH FULTON COUNTY IN 2018 OR 2019.

- Can you afford a monthly mortgage payment of approximately $650?
- Can you afford a down payment of $1,250 (paid over 10 months)?
- Can you demonstrate responsible money management/good credit?
- Can you show a continuous source of income at the level required for the past 2 years? (see chart below)
In order to be eligible, you must be a citizen or permanent legal resident of the United States, demonstrate a need for housing (rent is high, housing is not safe or unhealthy, overcrowding, etc.), have the ability to pay affordable monthly mortgage payments, have lived or worked in the Atlanta metro area for at least one year, be willing to work (if you are physically able) on your and other Habitat homes and meet the following income guidelines:

An Informational Meeting will be held Sunday, July 29, 2018 at 3:00 PM at the Central Park Recreation Center – Large Meeting Room (2300 Keith Bridge Road – Cumming, GA) THIS MEETING IS ONLY FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO LIVE IN FORSYTH COUNTY.
The doors to the meeting room will close at 3:00 p.m. sharp, so arrive early to ensure you get a seat. Those arriving late will not be admitted. You must attend the entire meeting, which will last approximately 1 hour. You must present your photo i.d. in order to receive an application.
