Tell us your “Why”, upload pictures and share with your friends, family, and fellow students!

Yes! You can participate in almost all aspects of construction of a Habitat for Humanity home. You are required to have your guardian sign this waiver and turn in at sign in on the construction site.

There are several ways you can participate; you can raise funds, advocate, reach out to involve your community, and help plan events. You can also participate in Host Teams on the build site. While you are not allowed to participate in active construction, you can help with volunteer hospitality. Click here for the Host Team agreement.

If you live in North Fulton, Forsyth, Cherokee, or Dawson Counties, we, Habitat for Humanity-North Central Georgia, are your local affiliate. Habitat-NCG’s Student Engagement program is organized through high school campus chapters and clubs that plan and implement their own fundraising, education, and advocacy activities. Our Student Engagement program currently includes the following schools: Alpharetta High School, Blessed Trinity Catholic School, Cambridge High School, Centennial High School, Cherokee High School, Creekview High School, Denmark, East Forsyth, North Forsyth High School, South Forsyth High School, Forsyth Central, Etowah Eagle Svc, Connection, Fellowship Christian School, Johns Creek High School, Johnson Ferry Christian School, Lambert High School, North Springs High School, Northview High School, Northview NHS, Milton NHS, Milton Beta Club, Lambert, Roswell High School, Woodstock High School, and Sequoyah High School.

To get involved in Student Engagement, please join your high school’s club or campus chapter. Don’t have one? Start one! Starting a club is a great way for you and your peers to deepen your involvement with Habitat, develop leadership skills, engage more students in our work, and build camaraderie with other students who share an interest in affordable housing.
